"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences."Gordon B. Hinckley, 2006

I PROMISED myself I never would. . . I think Brecken was 2 weeks old the first time I licked my thumb and cleaned his face. . . Thats okay though, I am happy to turn into my mother!

I never thought I would do it either...but alas, I still do!! What else do you do when you are already standing at the bus stop and they have a stray hair or a milk moustache...I try to make sure no one is around though!

That was a priceless moment. I think I will always do that, as well as smell clothes to see if they are clean? Will I never learn??

I saw that happen - it was so adorable. That there may very well win the Republicans the election.

And ... of course I've done that. Five boys ... there was some major cleanin' up to do and sometimes spit works best.
