One of Brittney's "to do's" while she was home was to spend a evening in Minneapolis. We got really lucky and ended up going during Art in the Park. We strolled through the exhibits enjoying the many artist talents...there are some amazing works of art...
And there are some freaky works of wax... half naked guy, girl sitting in short shorts, the butler and the statues behind them were all made from wax....icky -not my idea of art...to each their own
I'm not sure what I am looking at, but you Brittney are not keeping up with me.

And here is the real reason for going to uptown........
Chino - Latino's.... If you haven't been you seriously need to plan a date night or girls night soon. But there are few things you need to do to prepare: make a reservation, dress your best, really watch out when you you go the restroom and do not read the servers shirts. Try the Elote(grilled mexican corn on the cob with yummy butter sauce and cheese) and Dirty Rice with Guacamole. For dessert have the smores(a little fire in the center with cinnamon cookie wafer's and marshmallows,shaved coconut,banana's,macadamia nuts,carmel and chocolate sauce) or the...
Budah sized banana split with fried ice cream and deep fried snicker bars...it serves like 50 people.
Try as you may, but that spoon is not going to help you get through it....
But we did some major damage...not too much left behind (I'm a little sick now just remembering it)
We ended the night with a drive through downtown and finished up at St.Anthony's Bridge.
