"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences."Gordon B. My Boys And I

Tom and I wanted to celebrate our day date for our anniversary with our family...We took Kole and Broc and met Uncle Ron and Tyler at Welch Village to float the river. It was only 70 degrees out side and so we were a little purple at times and there were a few low spots that ripped our backsides off, but other than that it was so much fun. It took three hours which was perfect for Tom and I but they boys went through IPod and texting withdrawl....sad but true.
Broc and Wyatt are showing off their water tubing skills at Square Lake. They were trying to out do each other with the most amazing poses and fighting for the title of the "Tube King". Tom and I let Broc drive and pull us around the lake... Wyatt supervised and Broc rocked!! He did a great job taking us on a joy ride.

We went to lumberjack days in Stillwater and refused to pay the $10 entrance fee to eat fair food and listen to music that we could hear without going through the gate and so we went to Stones and ate a yummy meal with Brittney,Wyatt, Darrell, Shelley and Brecken. The town was crazy busy and there was a ton of great people watching which was really fun but the best part was just being out on a summer night with people I love. Good times.

And I think you were also going to say that 'the only thing that would have made it better was having the Amezcuas join us. . . .but we thought about them the whole time too, along with Amanda!' I am so glad that you are enjoying your adorable precious grandson!! I loved reading about your fun in the sun!
