"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences."Gordon B. Hinckley, 2006

The Countdown To Relaxation Is On!

1~The turkey is in the brine.
2~The breads for the yummiest dressing ever are all cut and drying out.
3~Every ingredient needed is purchased and then some.
4~The soft jazz is ready to play since Tom will not let me play Christmas music until the day after.
5~Amanda should be at the airport by now.
6~I do need to run to Sam's today after I pick up Amanda because we will be using paper plates/cups...Chinette of course, only the best.
Hope your Thansgiving Day preperations are going well also.

Kris, I can always count on you for a culinary masterpiece. Due to your inspiration, I am adding to my menu my kid's favorite pisachio salad. You enjoy every minute of your Thanksgiving day- you have a lot to give thanks for!!
